Community & Opportunities

We are a community focused Aboriginal business, providing employment and procurement opportunities across the integrated services industry for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities across NSW.

We have an internal business commitment through our own Aboriginal participation plan and where the opportunities present themselves, ensure that we create a circular economy by engaging suppliers and employing staff that represent the communities where we operate.

From a broader diversity standpoint, we are strong advocates and industry leaders for women in non-traditional roles and employing individuals from minority and under represented groups. We have an internal diversity and inclusion plan that talks to this and we action these initiatives with ongoing performance measurements and indicators.

HOW WE DO BUSINESS

We are an Integrated Services business that was established to set the benchmark for community represented personnel services that reflect the people within these regions. Alongside this, we envisioned personnel that were highly trained in the art of emotional and social and cultural intelligence where each individuals skillset could be relevant regardless of the cultural setting or location.
